You'll provide high quality telephone and email advice to disabled people/people with health conditions. You will undertake in-depth calculations and provide advice on tax credits, welfare benefits and related in-work support.
You must have an outstanding, in-depth understanding of the benefits system, as well as experience of providing a related advice service. You must be highly organised, an excellent communicator, and able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
