Age Concern's Information Department reaches over 1.5 million people each year through our website, national information line and printed materials including factsheets and information guides. We are looking for an Information Specialist to develop and write information materials on benefits, pensions and broader financial issues as well as responding to complex enquiries both from the public and from other advice workers and professionals.
