Essential -
- experience of relevant category casework and general advice (minimum 1 year); experience of using IT for advice work;
- knowledge of eligibility for assistance under the Legal Help Scheme and of the Specialist Quality Mark.
Main Duties -
- to advise and assist clients, working to the Specialist Quality Mark;
- manage own caseload to meet your personal targets for the LSC contract hours.
