Part Time Welfare Officer - Welfare Benefits/Debt

Freshwinds is a holistic charity managing a number of projects that work towards improving people’s social and physical well-being. FInDA, a project within Freshwinds, is working in partnership with Aston Pride NDC Community Outreach Family Support Service Programme(COFSS) to deliver a multi-disciplinary outreach service to the Aston community.
This is a 12 month fixed-term post. We require an experienced individual, who is educated to NVQ Level 3 qualification in a related discipline or has equivalent experience working as an adviser, to deliver high quality Welfare Benefits and Debt advice and guidance to families. The role requires the successful candidate to work as part of a multi disciplinary team in the Aston community on an outreach basis.
